I understand low self esteem but seriously?? Consider yourself lucky considering I’m 14 and I’m TWICE your size. Yeah I’m 255 pounds. I’m going to try this for a week and see how much I lose. I stress eat sometimes I do not midnight snack.. And i have a problem with working out. I have low self esteem .and i get embarrassed about being a random teen taking a jog… And my family dosent have a treadmill ( we just moved) and we can’t find any good gyms…. Advice? And I tried but I just can’t first I started off drinking water for a week but I gained even more than I started doing exercises. Reply April 28, 2015 Silvey Gardner My daily routine for about 3 months has been, waking up at 6 for school, not eating breakfast or lunch. Usually eating something little like a sandwich when I get home. Going upstairs and taking a nap from like 4:30-8 then eating a another snack and staying up till about 1:30. I want to get healthy and skinnier but I’m so out of shape and I feel like I can’t do anything. My mom thinks I have an eating disorder and hasn’t helped much. She doesn’t understand that I think I’m fat, because she’s says “you look fine” literally everyday. So I don’t know what to do at this point. I’ve always been selfconcious of how I look but all of a sudden it’s become an even bigger deal. Everyone who I’m going on holiday with have amazing structures and are healthly and slim. I’ve asked my mom to drive me to the gym after school and on weekend but she usually says something along the lines of “I’m to busy.” I try to go on jogs but I feel like everybody stares at me, me being a very shy person gets scared/worried so I turn back to go home. I’ve been eating healthier for about a month or two now but nothing has changed. Can anybody help? ):) Reply April 28, 2015 Alexis Mandalones When I was 10 to 14 years old, I didn`t much cared about how fat I am, I mean so what If I`m fat? more chocolates and foods for me then. But things change when I turned 15, I started thinking about my weight, I`m used to be called `fat` or something that indicates my size, and I don`t really cared about relationships between opposite sex even now(I`m 17 years old now turning 18) But hey, I started thinking for a change, I wanted to look (I wasn`t saying I want to look sexy) what I want to say is I wanted to look healthy for a change. I need help though, because I don`t know where to start, I`m 136.69 pounds by the way. I have a bad habit, eating midnight snack which means junk foods and chocolates and soda everday, plus I can`t control my sleeping time, sometimes i slept 3am or 4am worse is 7am or 8am (even though I`m not busy) sometimes I can`t sleep 2 days in a row, and also I love watching movies and anime, and also I love reading novels and manga every evening, that`s why I have a big eyebags. It`s stressing me out so much. I don`t know what to do. I`m sorry If I accidentally offend some of you, I didn`t mean that.
